The Elf

Buddy the Elf was very active this season.  The kids loved to wake up every morning and try to find him and see what kind of trouble he got himself into.  The kids were sad to see him go back to the North Pole.

Today the lights on one of the houses on our street turned on their lights.  This house is called the candy cane house.  The kids love going past this house and seeing the lights. 

Today we started the Elf on the Shelf and this is what the elf did on the first night.  Our Elf is named Buddy

Walking

Before our Thanksgiving dinner we went on a walk to the nearby school and played around with the kids and then we went to a walking path and walked around some more.  When we got back to Grandpa and Grandma Webb's house we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!  The kids had each helped grandma make one of the dishes for dinner, they thought that was really cool!

Today we went to the mall and looked around and then for dinner Duane and Suzy took us out to this wonderful restaurant.  We got our fill of some great sushi and Chinese food. 

Grandpa Time

Today we spent the day with Buzz, we went to get some yummy ice cream and we watched the movie Wreck it Ralph.  In the afternoon the kids and Will went outside to play soccer.  It was so good to spend some time with Grandpa Buzzy.  We have missed him a lot!

Another Day

Today we went into Portland and went to this really yummy donut shop and we all got to pick out our own donut.  Then we went to this really big book store and Grandma got some books.  For Lunch we went to Foster Burger and got some really good burgers.  Then we went home and the kids made gingerbread people.  We had a really good day!
