Fun Filled Day

So today it started snowing and actually sticking to the ground, so Carter and I made some cookies to keep us warm.
For family home evening we wrote letters to Santa and then took them to Macy's where they had a mailbox for our letters. The kids had fun and luckily they all said they wanted the same things they told us. After we mailed the letters we went into the mall and saw Santa. Last year when the kids saw Santa Boston did NOT like him at all. This year he ran up to Santa and was so excited. Addy didn't really want to see Santa because she said he was not the real Santa, but she humored us and took a picture with him. Carter was so excited to see him too that he told Santa what everyone in the family wanted. I am excited for this Christmas season and that our kids are old enough to really get Christmas.
