Family Hike

Today we took a day trip and went to Lake of the Ozarks for some hiking and just looking around.  It was a little colder than we expected so that's why it might look like we are cold.  We saw lots of deer and a few little baby deer and some wild turkeys.  The kids liked throwing rocks in the lake and then we took a nice picture of the kids together. 

 What good looking kids!  This picture took about 5 minutes to do with everyone looking in different directions.  I now know how my dad felt when I was young. 

 There was these big vines all over and so the kids were swinging on one and Will thought it would be a good idea if he did it too and once he grabbed a hold the vine snapped and he fell to the ground.  I have never heard Addy and Carter laugh so hard, Boston was just upset that Dad broke the vine and he didn't get a turn. 
The hike we did was about 4 miles and the kids did a really good job, it was so great to be outdoors together and just enjoy each other.
