Last night they cancelled schools and most places of work in anticipation of the snow we were going to get. The snow started about 7am and didn't stop all day. We played out in the snow and shoveled lots that day. The kids would have stayed outside all day if their snow stuff didn't get so wet and cold. In the morning the snow was coming down sideways and so we got our ski goggles out so they could see. One of our wonderful neighbors had a snow blower and went around and plowed every ones drive ways and then we had to keep up with it the rest of the day with shovels.
Second Half of the Snow Day
Down some of the steeper driveways the kids would take their sleds and run and jump in them to slide down.
