Busy but Fun Weekend

Last night we drove over to St. Louis and we stayed with some of our good friends, Matt and Leslie and their family.  Saturday morning Will flew out to Utah to be with his dad at  his wedding, and me and the kids and Leslie had a fun filled day at the Botanical Gardens, Anheuser Busch Grant's Farm, and to finish it off, the pool!  The kids and I didn't go with Will to the Wedding because I am 8 months pregnant and it was very expensive for a 1 day trip.  We were very sad that we couldn't be there but we are very happy for him and his new wife!
It was a very beautiful and hot day, the gardens were very beautiful.  There were all these sculptures of people all over and the kids thought it was so funny because most of them were naked. 

 Inside the big dome they had a rain forest, that had many different flowers and plants.

We didn't bring our swim suits but that didnt' stop the kids from getting all wet and having fun!

 At Grant Farm we took a little ride to where they had all the animals and we saw these little goats that we got to feed with bottles of milk.  They would then start chewing on your shirt and the kids thought it was so funny. 

 We saw some elephants and then we fed camels.  It took the kids awhile to get use to feeding them and then they thought it was pretty funny to throw the food into the mouth.  Boston accidentally put his hand in one of their mouth and it bite him but he still kept feeding them. 

Sunday morning me and the kids got up and went to the airport to get Will and then we drove home.  It was a great weekend!
