Carter Made An Oops!

Well I have to say this is the first and I hope the last time this has happened in our family. Carter was upstairs in the bathroom and when he came down I saw this. He had cut a big couple of patches of hair off his head. When I asked him if he had been cutting his hair, he told me "No". I asked him again and told him I saw where he cut his hair. When I told him I would have to cut his hair to fix it, he got really upset and did not want me to cut it. After letting him know it was OK, and his hair would grow back, he finally let me cut his hair and this is the end result.

Addy's Birthday Party!

Saturday we had Addy's Birthday Party with her friends. This was one of the few days Will had off, and it was so nice to have him there. The girls all made their own shirts they had puffy paints and iron ons. Then we opened her gifts from her friends and then went out side to hit the pinata. Then we came in and had cake and ice cream. We had 9 little girls running around the house and we still had fun. Addy loved all the stuff she got for her birthday. I still can't believe we have a 7 year old. She is getting so big. We love you Addy!

Addy's 7

Holy cow, another year has passed and Addy is now 7. I don't feel old enough to have a 7 year old. This is a picture of Addy when she was 1 and then a picture of today. Addy was so excited today, I made her a shirt that had a 7 on it so she could wear it to school, then after Will came home we opened some of her presents from the Grandparents. These presents came last week and everyday she would ask if she could open them up. So she was sooooooo happy. Addy is such a wonderful little girl. She is such a big help around the house and with her brothers. She loves school and she is so artistic, anything to do with crafts and she is there. Addy is such a great reader, she will often help Carter try to read or count. She is becoming a young lady, we love her so much. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADDY!

Halloween 2010

This year on Halloween it was pretty cold and we had to dress warm when we went out. Even though we dressed warm Boston only wanted to be out for about 30 min. He had had enough. Will had to work so we went out Sunday night with some of our friends.
On Saturday Addy and Carter went to a birthday/Halloween party and had a great time. They both got their face painted to match their costumes.

On Monday for family home evening we carved our pumpkins. Carter and Addy loved it, but Boston was not sure what to do. He did not want to touch anything that had to do with the pumpkin.

The kids and I a few weeks ago went down Church Street and went trick or treating to the stores. It was a beautiful day and Boston could not get enough candy. He didn't want to stop, it was so cute when he would say "trick or treat". That night we went to the church and we had a trunk or treat and chili dinner.

We had a great few weeks of Halloween this year. All the kids looked so cute. Addy was a witch, Carter was bumble bee the transformer and Boston was tiger.
