It's Off

Just to let everyone know, on Monday Carter got his cast off. He is a free Man!

Our Little Artists

This last week the kids brought home a lot of school art work. I didn't have room to keep it all to I decided to take a picture of the artwork so it takes up less space. I love the story that Carter wrote that goes with this picture. Short and sweet and right to the point.
Addy did a self portrait which I think looks pretty close to her. She also did a black and white picture of a panda bear and some bamboo.
Boston wanted a picture also, he looks so proud of himself. All of our kids are such great artists, its fun to see them grow in there art work.

BIG GLASSES

On Sunday we went over to Annie and Ben, some of our friends house for dinner. We had such a good time with them. In their toys they had these big old sunglasses without the lenses. We just had to take a picture of the boys in them. Our future little book worms. I think they look so cute!

A New Cast for Carter

Lasts Monday we went to get Carter's cast taken off and we thought it would be healed, but they did another X-ray and it is still broken. They put a new orange cast on for another 2 weeks in hope that it will heal. We hope that it will heal on its own and he doesn't need surgery. You would think that a cast on his arm would slow him down, but not in the case of Carter. He does everything he did before. It will be interesting when they take the cast off to see how long it will take for Carter to regain his muscle back. Until then Carter will let anyone sign his cast, cause its cool!

SNOW DAYS

Last week we got a lot of snow. One day they closed the schools and banks because we were going to be getting so much. We went out and play in it and on the hills that the snowplow driver was making. Boston didn't like the snow as much as Addy and Carter but he still had a little fun. One day Will was able to make it home a little early and he went out and helped make a snowman with the kids. The kids are enjoying all the snow and it is a little pretty, but I am so looking forward to spring!
