Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve a couple from our ward had us over to their home to go sledding and to have dinner. It was nice get together with friends who were also away from family for Christmas. Addy had a lot of fun on the hill and Carter went down once and never went again. I stayed at the top and took pictures. We had a lot of fun with all our friends.

The Polar Express
So it's been a little while since my last post. Our computer has been going crazy and needs to be fixed, but I was able to get on today so I will try to post as much as I can.
A couple a weeks ago we went to The Polar Express in Burlington. It was a lot of fun. We went down the the train station and got on the train and had hot chocolate and cookies and then it took us down the tracks and back to the train station where we met Santa and he gave each of the kids a bell just like in the movie. Addy and Carter thought it was so cool.

Cheerios, Not Just for Eating!
So Carter for a while has been going off and on to the bathroom, but when ever I ask him if he has to go to the bathroom he would always say "NO". So I was trying to think of how I could make going to the bathroom fun. So I told him that he could pee on Cheerios and that changed his mind. Now he tells me if he has to go to the bathroom, pee and poop. I am so proud of him. For the past two nights he has stayed dry. I hope he continues to do well so that we only have to buy diapers for the baby.

Our First Big Snow Storm
Well, when the kids and I came home from church it was snowing and so we went out and had some fun.
This is the first snow that has actually stuck to the ground and not melted right away. It was pretty bad on the roads too. We went, well we tried to go up to the hospital and have dinner with Will and well, the city of Burlington is on a hill and not to many people were able to get up the hill tonight because it was so icy. We had to turn around and slowly go back home. Maybe next time kids.
