Merry Christmas

This year we had probably what you would call a Residents Christmas. On Christmas Eve we picked up Will from work and then we went to some friends house for dinner and sledding. Then we came home and got the kids ready for bed and then opened up most of the presents. Christmas morning before Will had to go to work we opened Santa's gifts. For dinner we met Will at the hospital and had dinner. It was really nice not to have to cook. On Saturday Will came home from being on call all night and then we celebrated with a nice dinner and being together. We all had a great time. We got to Skype all of our family which was really nice. It made it feel like they were in the next room.

Annika got a pink robe too. It was one of her favorite gifts. She has been wearing none stop everyday.

Thanks for the Christmas card, Annika has had fun looking at the picture and remembering fun things she has done with Addy. I'm surprised what she can dig out of that brain of hers.

Your "resident's Christmas" sounds alot like our "Military Christmas" that we've had in the past.
I guess that's what happens sometimes. Good thing when the kids are little they don't really know the difference!
